Seminar uber Question:

Kieran pins the demise of the modernist dream of the commoditization of architecture to cyclical politics and the public aversion to the soulless sameness of factory production. Kieran goes on to suggest a revival in prefabricated architecture in parallel with mass customization. If this is true, than would today’s suburban tract houses, which are based on market-honed techniques and modules of 2x4’s, and are also highly customizable, be considered ideal architecture?
