Nurai is the newest island resort of Dubai. It offers two types of housing, one integrated into the beaches, and the other built over the water.
The effect of the design is the amazing man made island and site forming.
The beach homes are made as a semi subsurface structure that is part of the island.
The water homes are made floating above the sea on pilers.
The affect is the experience of the residence of the resort.
The beach homes are integrated to the shore and can be walked on as if walking on a hill.
The homes on the water offer 360 degree views of open water and glass facades with nothing blocking views.
The infinity pools for the homes give the feeling of swimming in the open ocean.
This design effect will affect the lifestyle of the residences and the experiences they have.
